ILS-H10 3D Laser Contour Scanner
H10
Integrated 3D Profile Scanning System—Ultra-wide Field of View, Precise Modeling, and Industrial-Grade Reliability
The H10 is a high-performance 3D laser scanning system driven by a servo motor. It ingeniously integrates a 2D measurement-grade LiDAR (ILS-F10) with a high-precision rotary gimbal, enabling panoramic 3D scanning of static or slow-moving objects.
The system offers an impressive 180° (horizontal) × 160° (vertical) 3D field-of-view coverage, with a maximum measurement radius of up to 30 meters. Leveraging the F10 radar’s high-speed acquisition capability at 50 Hz and the gimbal’s precise control, the H10 can rapidly generate high-density, high-precision 3D point cloud models. It is an ideal solution for bulk material inventory in open-pit mines, volume measurement of truck loads, and environmental perception for large construction machinery—delivering industrial-grade, large-space 3D digitization at a highly competitive cost.

Overview
A broad perspective, sweeping it all away in one glance.
By precisely rotating the servo motor, the H10 expands the 2D scanning line of the F10 into a 3D scanning surface with a coverage range of up to... 180° × 160° A single device can cover large silos, stockyards, or truck compartments, eliminating blind spots and complexities associated with multi-sensor stitching.
Precise volume measurement, optimizing logistics settlement.
H10 can generate high-density 3D point clouds, and when paired with the corresponding algorithm software, it enables precise volume calculations for irregular bulk materials such as coal, ore, and grain. With a low error rate, it provides objective and impartial data support for trade settlements and inventory counts.
Reliable operation around the clock, unafraid of harsh environments.
Inheriting the excellent genes of the F10 radar, the H10 also features IP67 It features a high level of protection and powerful multi-echo interference resistance. Whether in a coal shed filled with dust or in an open-air stockpile battered by rain and snow, it can operate stably around the clock without any manual intervention.

3D Digitalization: Making Bulk Material Stockpiles and Vehicle Loading Smarter

H10 is the king of cost-effectiveness for 3D perception in large-scale industrial scenarios. In Bulk material logistics Among them, it is used for detecting whether truck compartments are empty or fully loaded, thereby preventing overloading or underloading; in Large warehouse Among them, it is used for inventory counts of material piles and to update inventory data in real time; in Tunnel construction Among them, it is used for monitoring cross-sectional convergence. With simple installation and configuration, the H10 can transform the physical world into a high-precision 3D model that is readable by computers.
The unique value of integrated 3D scanning systems

2D radar + servo gimbal = cost-effective 3D solution
The H10 operates on the principle of “line-to-surface.” Its built-in F10 LiDAR performs high-speed 2D scanning at a frequency of 50 Hz, while a high-precision servo motor drives the LiDAR unit itself to pitch or rotate around the Y-axis.
The system automatically fuses the radar’s polar-coordinate data with the motor’s angle-encoding data to compute in real time the (X, Y, Z) coordinates of every point in space. Compared to expensive multi-line LiDAR systems, the H10 achieves high-density, panoramic 3D scanning at a remarkably low cost, making it particularly well-suited for static or slow-moving scenes where real-time performance is not critical.

From point clouds to data—one-stop algorithm processing
Hardware is just the foundation; algorithms are the soul. The H10 comes with professional point cloud processing software that features mature, built-in capabilities. Volume computation algorithm and Vehicle contour extraction algorithm 。
The system can automatically filter out background interference from surfaces such as the ground and walls, precisely segmenting the target object (e.g., a pile of coal inside a truck bed). It directly outputs volume (m³), length, width, and height dimensions, or loading rate percentages—eliminating the need for users to perform complex secondary development on point clouds, making it truly plug-and-play.

Custom scan mode, balancing speed and accuracy.
H10 allows users to flexibly configure scanning parameters according to application requirements. You can set the motor’s rotation range (e.g., scanning only key areas) and rotation speed.
Reducing the motor speed can produce point clouds with extremely high density, making it ideal for detailed modeling; increasing the motor speed, on the other hand, can shorten the scanning cycle, making it suitable for rapid inventory checks. In addition, it supports... “Reciprocating Scan” The mode enables continuous monitoring of dynamically changing scenes.

IP67 integrated and all-in-one, designed specifically for outdoor use.
The H10 integrates radar, motor, and controller into a robust aluminum alloy enclosure. The enclosure features an IP67 rating, offering not only dust- and water-proof protection but also effectively shielding the rotating mechanism from external impacts.
For regions with severe cold climates (such as Northeast China and Inner Mongolia), the H10 features an integrated heating module that ensures the motor and radar can still start and operate normally even at temperatures as low as -30℃, making it the most reliable 3D sensing unit for harsh outdoor environments.
