ILS-H30-F10 3D Laser Profile Scanner
H30-F10
Lightweight 3D Laser Profile Scanner (Oscillating Type) — Lightweight and Agile, with Precise Measurement
The H30-F10 is a 3D scanning system that integrates the ILS-F10 measurement-grade LiDAR with a high-precision, lightweight pan-and-tilt head. It employs a “pan-and-tilt scanning” approach, enabling it to generate a large field-of-view 3D point cloud covering 180° (horizontal) × 170° (vertical).
Compared to the previous-generation product, the H30-F10 features an ultra-lightweight design (weighing less than 7 kg), making installation and deployment even more convenient. With the F10 radar’s high scanning frequency of 50 Hz and a measurement radius of 30 meters, it can quickly and accurately capture vehicle contour data or volume measurements of medium-sized bulk material piles. Its IP67-rated overall protection level ensures outstanding measurement performance even in outdoor environments exposed to rain and wind, making it a cost-effective choice for truck loading measurement and inventory management.

Overview
Lightweight upgrade, zero-pressure installation and maintenance.
The H30-F10 features a brand-new compact structural design, and the entire machine weighs less than... 7kg Compared to traditional heavy-duty scanners, this one significantly reduces the load-bearing requirements for installation brackets and gantry structures, allowing a single person to easily complete installation and commissioning, thereby substantially lowering construction costs.
Oscillating panoramic scanning, with no blind spots covered.
Driven by a high-precision servo motor, the radar performs... -85° ~ +85° With its reciprocating oscillation combined with the F10 radar’s 270° field of view, the H30-F10 can generate a truncated-cone-shaped 3D field of view that covers the lane or bin, ensuring complete modeling of both the top and sides of the target object.
50Hz high-speed acquisition for more detailed modeling.
Equipped with the high-performance F10 core, it features 50Hz Its high scanning frequency means that, within the same oscillation cycle, the H30-F10 can acquire more cross-sectional data, resulting in a denser point cloud and significantly improving the accuracy of volume calculations.

Lightweight 3D scanning empowers smart logistics and metrology.

The H30-F10 is specifically designed for static or low-speed 3D scanning scenarios over medium to short distances. In Logistics park It is used to quickly obtain the cargo compartment volume of stationary trucks and their empty/full load statuses; in Bulk material yard It is used for regular inventory checks of coal piles and sand and gravel; in Construction site It is used to scan the three-dimensional dimensions of large components. Its lightweight and flexible characteristics make it an ideal terminal for industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) data acquisition.
Small size, great wisdom.

High-precision servo oscillation, reconstructing the 3D world.
The H30-F10 employs advanced servo control technology to drive the F10 radar in reciprocating oscillations ranging from -85° to +85°.
This scanning method is particularly well-suited for “top-down” scenarios. Mounted on a gantry or ceiling, it functions like a nimble eye, performing high-density “slice” scans of the target area from top to bottom—leaving no detail behind, whether in the corners of railcars or at the back of material piles. It perfectly addresses the blind-spot issues inherent in fixed radar systems.

50Hz high-frequency core, denser data
The performance ceiling of the scanning system depends on the core sensor. The ILS-F10 radar equipped in the H30-F10 boasts a high refresh rate of 50 Hz.
At the same swing speed, 50 Hz means that twice as many data points can be collected compared to a standard 25 Hz radar. This enables the H30-F10 to generate three-dimensional models with smoother surfaces and richer details, significantly improving the accuracy of volume calculations.

IP67-rated protection—unafraid of wind, frost, rain, or snow.
Unlike fragile indoor scanners, the H30-F10 is specifically designed for harsh outdoor environments. Both its core radar and servo mechanisms meet the IP67 protection rating.
The F10’s built-in intelligent rain and fog filtering algorithm, combined with the optional **built-in automatic dust removal device** on the H30 structure, ensures that the device can continue to acquire clear and stable point cloud data even in rainy, snowy, or dusty environments, significantly extending its maintenance cycle.

Integrated hardware and software, data is directly available.
H30-F10 not only provides the raw point cloud data but also comes with professional volume calculation software.
The system can automatically perform point cloud registration, ground filtering, and object segmentation, directly outputting volume (m³), length, width, and height (mm), and feature coordinates. The open SDK interface supports secondary development in C++/C#, enabling you to easily integrate 3D measurement capabilities into your WMS or ERP systems.
