ILS-H30-N70 3D Laser Profile Scanner
H30-N70
High-Precision 3D Profile Scanning System—Capturing Every Millimeter, Expert in Tendon Identification
The H30-N70 is a flagship scanning system specifically designed for high-precision 3D measurement. It integrates the ILS-N70 LiDAR, featuring an ultra-high angular resolution of 0.1°, with a lightweight pan-and-tilt head, pushing the level of detail in 3D perception to new heights.
Thanks to the N70 radar’s high-frequency scanning at 30 Hz and its exceptional spot-focusing capability, the H30-N70 can generate highly dense 3D point cloud models. Not only can it accurately calculate material volumes, but it can also clearly identify even the tiniest structural details inside truck compartments—particularly the compartment stiffeners (support rods). This critical capability makes the H30-N70 an indispensable “safety eye” in fully automated intelligent loading systems, effectively preventing chute-collision accidents and ensuring safe and efficient loading operations.

Overview
Precise tension detection eliminates loading collisions.
This is the core expertise of the H30-N70. With an ultra-high angular resolution of 0.1°, it can clearly capture even transverse tension rods (support bars) inside the carriage—rods only a few centimeters in diameter—enabling the chute or telescopic arm of the automated loading system to precisely avoid them. This completely eliminates “rod-collision” accidents caused by unclear identification, thereby protecting expensive loading equipment.
High-precision modeling, serving high-value materials.
For high-value bulk materials such as rare mineral powders and fine chemical raw materials, even the slightest error in volume measurement can lead to significant financial discrepancies. The H30-N70 provides ultra-fine point cloud data that faithfully captures the subtle undulations on the surface of material piles, minimizing volume measurement errors to the greatest extent possible.
Flagship-level protection, suitable for complex operating conditions.
Inherits the flagship radar of the N70. IP65 Protection and 100,000 Lux Light resistance. Whether it's an outdoor loading station exposed to direct, intense sunlight or an indoor material bin filled with airborne dust, it consistently delivers high-quality data without being picky about the environment.

The “sharp eyes” of the automated loading system

In the fully automated loading process, the greatest risk isn't overloading—but rather the chute colliding with the reinforcing bars inside the carriage. The H30-N70 was specifically designed to address this critical pain point. It can rapidly generate a high-resolution point cloud that includes the internal structure of the carriage. Its algorithm automatically extracts the coordinates of the reinforcing bars and guides the loading system to plan a safe material-discharge path that avoids these bars, enabling truly unmanned and intelligent loading operations.
Advantage: Details determine success or failure; precision builds safety.

Capture details as fine as 0.1°—no strain can hide itself.
The angular resolution of conventional measurement radars typically ranges from 0.25° to 0.5°. When scanning a car several meters away, the gap between laser points may exceed the diameter of the reinforcing bars, leading to "missed detections."
H30-N70 possesses 0.1° The ultra-high resolution has increased the laser point density by more than 2.5 times. It’s akin to upgrading from “standard definition” to “4K”—enabling the system to consistently hit a sufficient number of laser points even on thin tendons, thereby clearly reconstructing the tendon’s location and orientation in the point cloud data.

Interlinked control, protecting equipment and vehicles
Identification is just the first step—application is the key. Paired with intelligent loading software, the H30-N70 can define rebar as a “no-entry zone.”
Once the control system receives radar data, it automatically adjusts the lowering depth and horizontal position of the chute or telescopic arm, ensuring that a safe distance is maintained at all times from the tension rods during the loading process. This not only prevents vehicle compensation disputes caused by broken tension rods but also avoids downtime and repairs to the loading machine due to collisions.

30Hz high-speed scanning, doubling efficiency.
At a busy loading station, time is money. The H30-N70 leverages the N70’s... 30Hz With its high-speed scanning capability and rapid oscillation driven by a servo motor, it can complete a detailed scan of the entire vehicle in an extremely short time.
As soon as the vehicle comes to a complete stop, the scan is immediately completed, and the system promptly generates a loading strategy. This highly efficient pace significantly boosts the turnover rate of the loading lanes.

Built-in tendon recognition algorithm—ready to use right out of the box.
You don’t need to develop complex point cloud processing programs yourself. We provide a mature **tendon recognition algorithm library**.
Trained on extensive real-vehicle data, the algorithm can intelligently distinguish between cabin edges, cargo, and tie rods—even when the surface of the tie rods is rusted or reflective—ensuring accurate identification. The system directly outputs the spatial coordinates (X, Y, Z) of the tie rods, simplifying and streamlining the PLC control logic.
