YINTAILI Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. is located in the National High-Tech Industrial Park in Xiqing District, Tianjin, and has 5,000 square meters A modern R&D and production base with proprietary ownership.
As a hub connecting Beijing’s R&D center with global markets, this facility integrates the entire industry chain—from process development and precision manufacturing to quality inspection and logistics delivery. Leveraging this foundation, we have achieved independent control over core sensing technologies and enabled their large-scale implementation.
A 100,000-level cleanroom—a cradle of optical precision.
LiDAR is a sophisticated optical instrument, and even tiny particles of dust can affect its detection accuracy. Therefore, we have spared no expense in establishing a standardized, 100,000-level dust-free clean production workshop.
Environmental control
All-weather constant temperature and humidity control, coupled with a multi-stage air filtration system, ensures that optical components are assembled in a “zero-pollution” environment.
Precision craftsmanship
Introduce automated active alignment (AA) equipment and high-precision dispensing robots to ensure that the optical axis deviation of each laser beam is controlled within the micrometer level.
