ILS-H30-F13 3D Laser Profile Scanner
H30-F13
Lightweight Long-Range 3D Scanning System — Small Size, Wide Field of View, Covering Ultra-Large Scenes
The H30-F13 is a 3D laser scanning system that combines a compact form factor with an ultra-long range. Built upon the lightweight pan-and-tilt head of the H30, it features a high-performance ILS-F13 long-range LiDAR, extending the effective measurement radius to 80 meters (at 10% reflectivity) and reaching up to 120 meters at its maximum range.
The system constructs an expansive three-dimensional detection space through servo oscillation ranging from -85° to +85°. Thanks to the F13 radar’s outstanding anti-interference algorithm, the H30-F13 can penetrate dust in grain silos and coal sheds, clearly reconstructing the three-dimensional shape of large material piles. With its lightweight body weighing less than 7 kg, installation on large warehouse roofs or high-altitude trusses becomes effortless and straightforward—making it the ideal choice for agile inventory management and volume measurement of bulk materials.

Overview
80-meter ultra-long-range measurement, breaking through spatial limitations.
Equipped with the powerful F13 core, the H30-F13 boasts up to 80m Reliable measurement distance. This means that at higher installation locations—such as high ceilings over 20 meters—you can cover vast silos spanning thousands of square meters with just a single device, eliminating the need to deploy a complex array of equipment.
Lightweight installation, reducing construction difficulty.
Traditional long-distance scanners tend to be excessively bulky. The H30-F13 keeps the entire machine’s weight under... Within 7 kg For grain silos with limited load-bearing capacity or renovation projects involving aging factory buildings, this is an ideal solution that allows for direct installation without the need for structural reinforcement.
Penetrates high dust levels, data is truly visible.
For the high-dust environments commonly found in large bulk material stockpiles, the F13 core boasts enhanced laser penetration and multi-echo processing capabilities. Even at the moment when dust generation is at its peak during unloading, it can penetrate through the dust cloud to precisely capture the contour of the material surface below.

A digital inventory expert for large-scale silos, viewed from above.

ILS-H30-F13 is specifically designed for Large span, high ceiling Industrial scene design. In Large single-story warehouse (grain storage facility) Meanwhile, it can scan the entire silo from the top center point to calculate the grain inventory; in Coal shed at the power plant It can cover large circular or strip-shaped coal piles, providing precise inventory data; in Open-pit mine It is installed on mobile monitoring vehicles or high-mast lights to perform topographic mapping of the mining face.
Advantage: The perfect balance between long range and lightweight design.

One device replaces multiple devices, reducing deployment costs.
For conventional 30-meter-class radars, when dealing with large greenhouses or storage yards that exceed 50 meters in width, it often becomes necessary to deploy multiple radars and stitch their data together to cover the entire area. This not only increases hardware costs but also introduces complex errors in data stitching.
H30-F13 by virtue of 80m The effective measurement radius allows a single device to cover a circular area with a diameter of 160 meters. This ultra-simplified, single-point deployment not only saves on equipment investment but also significantly reduces the workload associated with cabling and maintenance.

Seamless installation, compatible with older facilities.
Many old grain silos or coal sheds have roof structures with limited load-bearing capacity, making it impossible to install heavy-duty scanners weighing several tens of kilograms.
H30-F13, through optimized structural design, keeps the overall machine weight within... 7kg The following: This means it can be directly installed using existing horse paths and lighting brackets, eliminating the need to build costly steel gantry structures—truly achieving “high performance with minimal burden.”

Supports 100Hz scanning for richer details.
F13 radar core supports up to 100Hz The scan frequency configuration.
When scanning materials with highly irregular surfaces, such as coal and ore, high-frequency data acquisition can capture denser point cloud data, more accurately reflecting the undulating features of the material’s surface. This reduces integration errors in volume calculations, making the inventory results closer to the actual weight (after conversion).

Wide-temperature design, suitable for extreme climates.
H30-F13 can be in -30℃ to +50℃ Operates stably over a wide temperature range.
Whether it’s in the cold, open-air coal yards of northern winters or on the sweltering rooftops of southern grain silos during summer, it maintains stable mechanical operation and laser performance. Coupled with an IP67 protection rating, it effectively prevents dust from entering, ensuring long-term, maintenance-free operation.
