Lightweight Mid-Range 3D Scanning System—Navigation-Level Accuracy, 50-Meter Optimal Range

The H30-F30 is a well-balanced, highly versatile 3D laser scanning system. It integrates the industry-proven ILS-F30 navigation-grade LiDAR with a lightweight pan-and-tilt gimbal, extending precise 2D navigation and perception capabilities to 3D spatial measurement.
The system offers an effective measurement radius of 50 meters and a stereoscopic field of view of 180° × 170°. Thanks to the low-noise, high-precision characteristics accumulated by the F30 radar in SLAM navigation applications, the 3D point cloud generated by the H30-F30 is clean and highly detailed—making it particularly well-suited for inventory management in medium-sized warehouses, volume measurement of large vehicles, and 3D reconstruction in industrial environments. With its lightweight body weighing less than 7 kg and IP67 protection rating, the device can easily handle a variety of installation environments, from indoor high-bay warehouses to outdoor gantry structures.

In the bulk material shipping process at coal mines or ports, loading efficiency directly affects the throughput of the logistics system. Traditional chute-based loading often relies on operators’ experience to perform “blind loading,” which easily leads to uneven loading (imbalanced cargo distribution), underloading (wasted space), or overloading and spillage (environmental pollution and safety hazards).
