The Axle Group Weighing System is an innovative dynamic weighing system that features a unique 4-meter golden-ratio weighing platform design. It enables the simultaneous, comprehensive weighing of single axles, dual-axle assemblies, or triple-axle assemblies on vehicles. Compared to conventional single-axle scales, this system significantly reduces the impact of vehicle vibrations on weighing accuracy, achieving a dynamic accuracy level of Grade 1 as per national standards.
The system integrates YINTAILI Technology’s patented “tensile sensor” technology, which can effectively detect and correct cheating behaviors such as “dragging the scale,” “jumping the scale,” and “rushing the scale.” Its unique concave-convex anti-slip design is suitable for various harsh climates across both northern and southern regions. The ZCS-60A-DZ achieves measurement accuracy comparable to that of full-vehicle scales at a construction cost close to that of single-axis scales, making it a highly cost-effective choice for weigh-in-motion toll collection and overloading detection on highways.
