Unlike axle load scales, which “break down the whole into parts,” vehicle-scale systems allow the entire vehicle to remain fully stationary on the platform. This all-physical-measurement approach fundamentally eliminates the influence of vehicle motion and shifts in cargo center of gravity on weighing accuracy, providing undisputed, legally recognized measurement data.

Traditional vehicle weighing systems require “one vehicle per scale,” resulting in low efficiency. The ZDG series employs a unique logic separation technology that enables vehicles to continuously follow each other at speeds ranging from 1 to 20 km/h. As soon as the preceding vehicle leaves the scale, the following vehicle can immediately step onto the scale; the system automatically splits the weight data, boosting throughput efficiency by more than 30%.

Pioneering the “independent axle group + complete vehicle” structure
To balance “dynamic efficiency” and “static accuracy,” we adopted a segmented design. The first section is an independent mechanical unit specifically tasked with precisely measuring the weight and logic of the vehicle’s front end and the first axle group.
The subsequent weighing platform adopts a lap-joint structure, mechanically connected to the first section yet independently capable of performing force measurements. This design not only ensures the overall rigidity of the ultra-long weighing body but also enables the system to flexibly handle the continuous vehicle-loading logic in a “building-block” fashion—making it a key factor in achieving seamless traffic flow.

The YINTAILI system has introduced aviation-grade Kalman Filter Algorithm. It can “purify” the true weight signal in real time from sensor data that contains noise. Whether the vehicle is accelerating, decelerating, or traveling at a constant speed, the algorithm ensures highly consistent weighing results, with dynamic errors strictly kept within 0.5%.

200% safety factor, resistant to deformation
Deformation of the weighing platform is the biggest factor compromising accuracy. We’ve constructed an ultra-rigid load-bearing platform by using custom U-beams with a height of 350 mm, paired with high-quality steel plates that are 14 mm thick.
The entire structure has undergone meticulous finite element mechanical analysis, and the designed load capacity incorporates a substantial margin of safety. Even occasional passage of overweight special vehicles on extra-wide lanes will not cause irreversible deformation of the weighing platform, thereby ensuring long-term operational stability.

Accurate axle count identification is a prerequisite for correct toll collection. This system employs a customized wheel-axle identifier.
Two **M24 high-strength bolts** securely fasten the sensor to the mounting base, significantly enhancing its resistance to impact. Coupled with the built-in lifting-eye bracket design, maintenance becomes even easier and more convenient. It can accurately detect each axle of the vehicle, providing a reliable basis for the system’s logical decision-making.
