ILS-H31-F13 3D Laser Profile Scanner
H31-F13
Lightweight Long-Range Panoramic Scanning System — A Digital “Probe” for Mega-Silos and Underground Cavities
The H31-F13 is an industrial-grade 3D scanning system specifically designed for measuring ultra-large enclosed spaces. It combines the ILS-F13 LiDAR’s ultra-long-range measurement capability of 80 m (at 10% reflectivity) with the H31 platform’s 360° continuous rotation mechanism.
This system requires only a single-point deployment to cover massive spaces with diameters exceeding 100 meters. Thanks to the F13 core’s exceptional dust-interference-resistant algorithm, the H31-F13 can penetrate deep into high-concentration cement clinker silos, large grain storage facilities, or underground mine voids, overcoming dust clouds to generate clear and comprehensive 3D models of interior walls and material distributions. Its lightweight design—weighing less than 7 kg—completely transforms the previous hazardous operational model for inventorying giant silos, which relied on heavy equipment or manual entry into confined spaces.

Overview
Giant space, single-point full coverage
When dealing with cement clinker silos or oil storage tanks that are 50 meters in diameter or even larger, conventional radar systems simply fall short. The H31-F13 offers a measurement radius of 80 to 120 meters. With just one unit installed at the center of the top, it can cover the entire massive internal cavity without any blind spots through 360° rotation—eliminating the need for multiple units to be combined.
Dust buster, with strong data penetration.
When clinker is being stored or grain is being loaded into silos, the interior often becomes so dark that you can’t see your own hand in front of your face. The F13 radar equipped on the H31-F13 boasts exceptional multi-echo analysis capabilities, enabling it to effectively filter out suspended dust particles and directly detect the true material surface at the bottom of the silo, thus ensuring real-time inventory checks even during ongoing operations.
Underground void detection—safe and efficient
In the exploration of mined-out areas in mines or underground cavities, the H31-F13 can be lowered through boreholes or shafts. With its lightweight body and ultra-long measurement range, it serves as an excellent tool for cost-effective acquisition of the three-dimensional geometry of complex underground spaces, replacing expensive specialized surveying equipment.

The “Digital Endoscope” for Mega Industrial Warehouses

H31-F13 solves the measurement challenges in “large, dirty, and hazardous” scenarios. In Cement industry It precisely monitors the inventory and wall buildup in kiln clinker storage facilities weighing tens of thousands of tons; in Strategic Reserve Granary It performs a full-warehouse scan of the ultra-high, large flat-roof warehouse; in Underground mine It conducts volumetric acceptance inspections deep within the mined-out areas. It transforms invisible, massive spaces into clear, visible 3D data assets.
Conquering Large Spaces and Harsh Environments

Spin once, and the whole view comes into sight.
Traditional scanners often have limited viewing angles, and for large warehouses with diameters of several tens of meters, multiple installation points are required to eliminate blind spots. The H31-F13 achieves this by leveraging slip-ring technology. 360° infinite rotation 。
Cooperate 80 meters Its effective radius enables single-point coverage of an area exceeding 20,000 square meters. Whether it’s a cylindrical silo, a spherical storage tank, or an irregular underground cavity, a single rotational scan is all that’s needed to capture the complete three-dimensional shape of both the inner wall and the material inside.

Penetrating the dust and mist, reaching straight to the truth.
When cement clinker or coal powder is stored, it generates dust with extremely high concentrations, which often causes conventional radars to become “blinded” or experience data drift.
H31-F13 relies on the F13 radar’s powerful laser energy control and Multi-echo algorithm It can identify and filter out reflected signals from airborne dust, locking onto the true echo from the farthest material surface. Even under harsh operating conditions, it ensures the continuity and accuracy of inventory data.
Wall-mounted detection safeguards silo safety.
The adhesion (wall sticking) of materials to the inner walls of silos not only affects the effective storage capacity, but in severe cases, wall collapses can even impact the silo structure, leading to safety accidents.
The panoramic scan of H31-F13 clearly shows the material adhesion on the bin walls. The accompanying software can automatically calculate the thickness and location of the material buildup, generate early-warning reports, and guide cleaning operations, thereby eliminating safety hazards at their source.

Lightweight design, hassle-free renovation of existing libraries.
Compared to traditional 3D scanners that weigh tens of kilograms, the H31-F13 has a total weight of less than... 7kg。
This feature makes it extremely easy to install on standard flange connections at the top of silos, without requiring a crane or reinforcing the silo’s roof structure. For digital retrofit projects on older silos, the H31-F13 offers the lowest construction costs and the fastest deployment speed.
