Product Delivery | Laser-Based Length, Width, and Height Inspection System Delivered to Chengdu-Ziyang-Chongqing Toll Station

YINTAILI Technology has delivered the laser-based length, width, and height detection system required for the Chengzi-Yu toll station entrance overloading control lane project, providing effective evidence for overloading enforcement. 
This delivery includes YINTAILI Technology's smart transportation product series: the laser-based length, width, and height detection system. This system is a fully automatic vehicle length, width, and height detection system independently developed by YINTAILI Technology, and has been widely applied to fixed weight enforcement stations, highway entrance weight enforcement stations, material yards, and parking lots for vehicle length, width, and height detection.
This vehicle length, width, and height detection system uses LiDAR as its core sensor. As a vehicle passes by, the LiDAR can accurately and in real time detect the vehicle’s dimensions and compare the data against established limits to identify any instances of overdimensional or oversized vehicles.

Depending on the different lanes and installation environments, YINTAILI Technology also offers dozens of system application installation solutions. These solutions can be efficiently deployed with just simple installation of poles or lightweight gantry structures—no road closures are required. Installation is straightforward, maintenance is easy, and when new vehicle models emerge in the future, all that’s needed is to upgrade the processing algorithms, without requiring any modifications to the hardware platform.
