【Job Responsibilities】
1. Responsible for the optical-mechanical system design of the company’s products;
2. Responsible for optical design simulation, as well as mechanical design simulations in the areas of mechanics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer;
3. Responsible for 3D modeling of optical components, mechanical structural parts, injection-molded parts, and die-cast aluminum parts, as well as generating 2D drawings.
4. Participate in the organization and preparation of product technical solutions and production processes, and be able to resolve issues encountered during assembly and commissioning.
5. Participate in the output of production inspection drawings, track issues encountered during outsourced manufacturing processes, and provide training, instruction, and communication to internal production and assembly technicians.

【Job Requirements】
1. A full-time master’s degree or higher; outstanding recent master’s graduates are also welcome. Major in optics, optical engineering, instrumentation, or related fields. Candidates should have relevant design experience in optomechanical systems and possess a solid foundation in the theoretical knowledge of optical engineering, laser principles, mechanical design, and optomechanical system design.
2. Have experience in precision mechanical structure design and are proficient in using design and simulation software such as Pro-E, SolidWorks, and ANSYS. Familiar with material selection, machining processes, sheet-metal fabrication processes, and surface treatment processes. Possess a certain understanding of injection molds and die-casting molds.
3. Proficient in optical design and simulation software such as CodeV and Zemax, capable of performing optical system design, aberration analysis, light source shaping and illumination analysis, tolerance analysis, etc.; familiar with the manufacturing processes of optical components and filter selection.
4. Possesses excellent document-writing skills, is good at communication, highly responsible and motivated, and able to endure hard work and long hours.
5. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in laser rangefinding products and visual imaging.
