【Job Description】 Simulation Application Engineer / Optical Engineer 【Job Responsibilities】 1. Responsible for the optical-mechanical system design of the company’s products. 2. Responsible for optical design simulation, as well as mechanical and thermal simulations. 3. Responsible for 3D modeling of optical components, mechanical structural parts, injection-molded parts, and die-cast aluminum parts, and for generating 2D drawings. 4. Participate in the preparation and organization of product technical solutions and manufacturing processes, and able to resolve issues encountered during assembly and debugging. 5. Participate in the generation of production inspection drawings, track issues arising during outsourced manufacturing, and provide training, explanations, and communication to internal production and assembly technicians. 【Qualifications】 I. Full-time Master’s degree or above; outstanding recent Master’s graduates are also welcome. Major in optics, optical engineering, instrumentation, or related fields. Possess relevant design experience in optomechanical systems, with a solid foundation in optical engineering, laser principles, mechanical design, and optomechanical system design theory. II. Have experience in precision mechanical structure design, proficient in using design and simulation software such as Pro-E, Solidworks, and Ansys. Familiar with material selection, machining processes, sheet metal fabrication processes, and surface treatment processes; have some understanding of injection molds and die-casting molds. III. Proficient in optical design and simulation software such as CodeV and Zemax, capable of performing optical system design, aberration analysis, light source shaping and illumination analysis, tolerance analysis, etc.; familiar with optical component manufacturing processes and filter selection. IV. Possess excellent documentation skills, be good at communication, highly responsible, motivated, and able to work hard and endure hardships. V. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in laser ranging products and visual imaging.
