As the Spring Festival of the Year of the Tiger approaches, and in compliance with epidemic prevention and control policies in various regions, YINTAILI Technology recently held its 2022 annual work conference successfully via online means.

At the turn of the year, cases have been on the rise in Zhengzhou, Tianjin, Beijing, and other cities. In response to the national call for epidemic prevention and to reduce mass gatherings, this year’s annual work conference has once again been divided into smaller, dispersed sessions, held in multiple locations both online and offline.

The Marketing Center and the R&D Center each held their respective annual departmental work meetings, summarizing the 2021 sales and product efforts and setting forth plans and goals for the coming year. Subsequently, each department conducted online reports and summaries of their work.

On January 27, all employees at the Tianjin office resumed work and production. With colleagues in multiple locations ensuring safety and health, the company held its 2022 annual online kickoff meeting.

At the meeting, General Manager Gao Dongfeng summarized the company’s overall business performance and development in 2021. He acknowledged the progress and achievements made by all colleagues throughout the company during the second year of the pandemic, despite numerous challenges. He also provided an objective and detailed analysis of the current internal and external environment as well as the competitive landscape, pinpointing areas where the team could further strengthen and improve. Furthermore, he clearly outlined the company’s business direction and goals for 2022, along with the specific steps needed to achieve these objectives.

Building corporate culture has always been a top priority for our company. The Human Resources and Administration Center has communicated the company’s core values to all colleagues, highlighting outstanding examples of how various departments and colleagues have put these values into practice over the past year. These small yet meaningful contributions—born from daily, often unassuming efforts—have been captured and documented in our weekly company newsletter. As vivid stories and concrete instances once again came to life before everyone’s eyes, the excellence and brilliance shining through what might seem like ordinary, everyday work deeply resonated with every colleague present. As the saying goes: “A swift horse cannot cover ten paces in one leap; a slow horse, driven steadily over ten days, will ultimately achieve its goal.”

The recognition and publicizing of outstanding employees for the year are also a highlight of each annual kickoff meeting. The company evaluated and selected candidates recommended by their respective departments according to the established criteria for excellence awards. Colleagues in sales positions at the Marketing Center, based on their sales performance and data accumulated over the past year, received their respective awards in accordance with the evaluation methods announced at the beginning of the year. The Human Resources and Administration Center produced short promotional videos for the winners, which—from department introductions to testimonials from collaborating colleagues—fully showcased the achievements of these outstanding award recipients and conveyed the power of role models.

Although separated by great distances, the lunchtime atmosphere at the annual meeting remained warm and lively. Everyone continued the tradition of family reunion, organizing small-scale dumpling-making sessions and luncheons within close-knit groups. Virtual toasts and virtual New Year’s greetings became the highlight of the annual gathering—glasses clinked in the virtual world, making distant relatives feel as close as neighbors. Colleagues from different cities enthusiastically sent greetings and best wishes to their loved ones thousands of miles away. In the face of genuine affection, distance could never stand as an obstacle.

In the second half of the annual meeting, there was a lively raffle and a mini quiz. This year, thanks to a novel quiz format, participants were able to better reinforce their understanding of product knowledge and cross-departmental work information.

It also further fostered integration among all colleagues. The lucky-draw segment gave everyone the chance to take control of their own fate and grab the grand prize. With sophisticated probability analyses, pattern-spotting, and the selection of lucky numbers, as the results were revealed, the room erupted in excitement—some cheered with joy, others slapped the table in delight, and still others sighed in disappointment. Yet, amid it all, happiness remained the enduring theme. The Bingo game for the first prize especially brought the annual gathering to a thrilling climax. In the end, a handsome young man born in the year 2000 from Tianjin’s Radar Production Department was overjoyed to claim the grand prize.

The Spring Festival holiday is just around the corner. As we enter the Year of Renyin—the Year of the Tiger—every member of YINTAILI will continue to uphold our corporate values of seeking truth and forging ahead, dedication and integrity, collaborative innovation, and hard work and devotion.
