The Mid-Autumn Festival is a traditional Chinese holiday. According to historical records, the term “Mid-Autumn” first appeared in the book "Zhou Li." By the Wei and Jin dynasties, there was an account stating: "The Grand Secretary was ordered to station at Niuxiao; on the evening of the Mid-Autumn Festival, he and his attendants went out on the river in plain clothes." Starting from the early Tang Dynasty, the Mid-Autumn Festival began to take on the status of a fixed holiday. The "Tang Shu—Taizong Ji" records that "the 15th day of the eighth month is the Mid-Autumn Festival." The festival gained widespread popularity during the Song Dynasty, and by the Ming and Qing dynasties, it had become as renowned as the New Year's Day, emerging as one of China's major festivals. It is also China's second-largest traditional festival after the Spring Festival. Since 2008, the Mid-Autumn Festival has been designated as a national statutory holiday.
In ancient times, the Mid-Autumn Festival was a time for families to reunite, with the full moon symbolizing the harmony and togetherness of loved ones. Today, for those living and striving in modern cities, the Mid-Autumn Festival has become more of a spiritual anchor and a source of longing: “The bright moon rises over the sea; though miles apart, we share this moment.” The greatest way to honor family ties is to reap the abundant fruits of a year’s hard work—the rewards and achievements that come after tireless dedication and effort.
September is the season of hard work and bountiful rewards. Following the Mid-Autumn Festival comes National Day—the last quarter of the year is fast approaching. In three months, we’ll be submitting our own personal report card for 2021.
In 2021, building on further stabilization and improvement of epidemic prevention and control efforts, YINTAILI closely followed the development trends in the LiDAR industry, continuously updating its product lineup. It successively launched the “Toll Collection Leakage Prevention and Revenue Enhancement System” tailored for the road transportation sector, the “Laser Wheel-Axle Identifier” that meets the vehicle classification requirements set by the Ministry of Transport, and a new-generation, cost-effective “F31 Series Obstacle-Avoidance LiDAR” specifically developed for the AGV mobile robot industry. Moreover, numerous other projects and product applications are currently under development.
On this vibrant and busy day, the company has extended festive greetings to colleagues in offices across the country. “Though miles apart, we’re as close as neighbors.” From Beijing to Tianjin, from Zhengzhou to Chengdu, from Suzhou to Guangzhou, all YINTAILI employees are united and working diligently to fully leverage our R&D and manufacturing strengths, striving to provide customers with stable, reliable, and cost-effective LiDAR products and services in a timely manner.
