Fixed-shape protected areas often limit the operational efficiency of AGVs. The F31-C supports, via I/O level combinations, 16 preset region groups Switching within milliseconds.
When the AGV is preparing to turn left, the system automatically activates the “left-turn protection zone” to avoid interference from the right-side wall. When traveling at high speed in a straight line, the system automatically switches to the “long-distance protection zone” to ensure sufficient braking distance. This intelligent, adaptive protection mechanism completely eliminates the issue of unintended stops in narrow passageways.

Ignore black bodies, filter dust.
Based on Time-of-Flight (TOF) technology and a uniquely developed filtering algorithm, the F31-C boasts extremely high detection sensitivity for objects with low reflectivity—such as black work pants and rubber tires. At a 10% reflectance, the effective detection distance reaches 8 meters. Far exceeds similar products.
Meanwhile, for dusty environments such as textile and woodworking settings, the F31-C can effectively filter airborne particulates (such as fluff and dust) through multi-echo analysis, ensuring that it “only reports genuine hazards and not false alarms or interference.”
