Recently, the General Office of the People's Government of Shanxi Province issued the "Work Plan for Technological Overweight Control at the Source of Road Freight Transportation in Shanxi Province," which sets forth the goal of completing the acceptance inspection of technological overweight control systems at the source of road freight transportation in Shanxi Province by the end of 2024. 2. Use the data collected from axle-load measurements to analyze freight vehicle type data and identify the main routes where heavily loaded vehicles are concentrated.

Laser Wheel Axle Identifier

The ILS-E30-3 laser wheel-axle identifier can be quickly installed and deployed on one side without damaging the toll booth island. Unlike other wheel-axle identification solutions and technologies, the E30-3 can rapidly identify various types of vehicle axles, accurately determining the vehicle’s type and helping toll stations achieve intelligent management.



 

Laser axis identifier

The ILS-E30-2 laser axle-type identifier performs real-time, automated 3D scanning of vehicle axles at high-speed entry points. Leveraging the high-speed scanning capabilities of lasers, the device activates a vehicle detection state machine upon detecting a vehicle passing by. When the vehicle’s front end enters the detection zone, the axle-type recognition algorithm is triggered; once the vehicle’s rear end exits the detection zone, the axle recognition algorithm outputs the detection results. Through mathematical modeling, the collected vehicle data is then transmitted to the overload control system or relevant platforms. This product boasts strong anti-interference performance, ensuring accurate data collection even under adverse weather conditions such as rain, snow, fog, ice, and frost, thereby effectively reducing safety risks on highways.

It features a built-in drive axle recognition algorithm and vehicle classification technology that are protected by independent intellectual property rights and patents.
