The “Toll Collection Leak Detection and Revenue Enhancement System” provided by YINTAILI Technology has continued to deliver remarkable results at customer sites since its launch last year. 
With the widespread adoption of ETC lanes, instances of “large vehicles with small tags” and “trucks registered as passenger vehicles”—caused by discrepancies between the actual vehicle type and the registered information—occasionally arise, directly impacting the lawful and full collection of toll fees.
The “Toll Collection Leakage Prevention and Revenue Enhancement System” developed by YINTAILI Technology employs high-precision laser scanning detection technology, enabling three-dimensional scanning of vehicles. On one hand, it precisely extracts multiple vehicle features—including basic dimensions, roof curves, side profiles, number and type of axles, and chassis—through advanced multi-feature analysis. On the other hand, it leverages big data decision-tree models and neural network algorithms, training on extensive experimental datasets, thereby enabling real-time, automated, and highly accurate acquisition of vehicle model information. 
Since its launch last year, this solution has received widespread acclaim from customers. Recently, more customers who have adopted YINTAILI Technology’s “Toll Collection Leak Detection and Revenue Enhancement System” have begun to see significant results. 
Main technical features of the “Toll Collection Leakage Prevention and Revenue Enhancement System”
1. The vehicle is scanned using laser measurement technology, combined with big data models and mature algorithms, achieving a high recognition rate.
2. Complies with the new vehicle classification standard specified in “Vehicle Type Classification for Toll Road Vehicle Tolls (JTT 489-2019)”;
3. Wide environmental adaptability, independent of external light sources and unaffected by external lighting conditions;
4. The top of the product is equipped with a video installation interface, allowing the algorithm to seamlessly integrate video data and provide video information.
5. Installed unilaterally on the toll island without compromising the structural integrity of the toll island;
6. The device can automatically calibrate as soon as it’s powered on, requiring virtually no adjustment and offering convenient operation.
7. High detection efficiency—once a vehicle passes through the detection zone at its normal speed, the detection results are immediately available. This system can be used for real-time detection as well as for post-event audits.
8. The system is easy to upgrade and can adapt to new vehicle models that may emerge in the future without requiring any changes to the hardware equipment.
