YINTAILI Technology has delivered the laser-based length, width, and height detection system required for the weight-control lane at the entrance of the Ziyang Danshan Toll Station on the Chengziyu Expressway, providing effective evidence for weight-control law enforcement.

This delivery includes YINTAILI Technology's smart transportation product series: the laser-based length, width, and height detection system.

This system is a fully automatic vehicle length, width, and height detection system independently developed by YINTAILI Technology. It has been widely used for vehicle length, width, and height detection at fixed weight enforcement stations, highway entrance weight enforcement stations, material yards, and parking lots.

This vehicle length, width, and height detection system uses LiDAR as its core sensor. As vehicles pass by, the LiDAR can accurately and in real time detect vehicle dimensions and compare them against preset data to identify any instances of over-limit violations. Depending on different lane configurations and installation environments, YINTAILI Technology also offers dozens of system application and installation solutions. These systems can be efficiently deployed with just simple installation of upright poles or lightweight gantry structures—no road closures are required. Installation is straightforward, maintenance is easy, and when new vehicle models emerge in the future, all that’s needed is an upgrade to the processing algorithms; there’s no need to modify the hardware platform.
