【Job Responsibilities】 1. Responsible for technical guidance and training on the company’s products; 2. Provide technical support to the company’s sales staff, work closely with them, and identify potential customer needs; 3. Lead the development of customized solutions for customers; 4. Provide after-sales technical services and market guidance to customers; 5. Assist in gathering market demand and help optimize products; 【Job Requirements】 1. Possess a solid foundation in hardware and practical engineering experience; 2. Be hardworking and able to endure hardship, with strong self-motivation; 3. Have excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills; 4. Demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork and high initiative, capable of handling work pressure and willing to travel periodically; 5. Candidates with programming background (C, C#, C++) are preferred; those who can read C code are also welcome; 6. Hold a driver’s license and have proficient driving experience—this is a plus. 【Salary and Benefits】 1. Based on the R&D system, receive three months’ bonus at year-end as part of performance evaluation; 2. Have 1–2 opportunities per year for salary increases based on job performance.
