3D Stereoscopic Protection LiDAR—Building an Invisible, Three-Dimensional Security Barrier
Overview
Surpass the light curtain and achieve 3D stereoscopic protection.
Traditional light curtains can only establish a “line” of defense; once a person steps over it, protection is immediately lost. The T61, however, creates a three-dimensional “safety cage” that continuously monitors the space within the hazardous area, preventing people from becoming trapped inside the equipment or suffering accidental injuries.
Flexible definition, adaptable to complex operating conditions.
It supports the creation of various irregular 3D protection zones, including cylindrical, conical, L-shaped, and concave configurations. You can precisely define “safe zones” and “danger zones” based on the robotic arm’s motion trajectory or the physical shape of the equipment, ensuring safety while maximizing production efficiency.
Rapid response, contactless activation
Based on high-frame-rate imaging at 30 fps, the T61 can detect intruding objects within milliseconds and output I/O signals. Without requiring physical contact, it can cut off device power before a hazard occurs, achieving true proactive safety.

Reimagining the Safety Boundaries of Human-Machine Collaboration
The T61 was specifically designed to address security pain points in complex industrial environments. In... Injection molding machine In the application, it is installed at the top to create a three-dimensional light curtain that covers the mold-closing area and the part-taking position, preventing people’s arms from reaching in or their bodies from accidentally entering. In Human-robot collaboration robot The workstation monitors the robot’s motion envelope in real time; as soon as a person approaches, it triggers deceleration or stop, enabling safe production without the need for fencing.
Shift security protection from two-dimensional to three-dimensional.
3D spatial modeling, with protection customizable to your heart’s content.
The configuration software included with T61 supports powerful 3D drawing capabilities. You’re no longer limited to drawing frames on a flat plane—you can now stretch, rotate, and cut protective structures of any shape in three-dimensional space.
Whether it’s protecting a cylindrical rotary table or an L-shaped conveyor belt bend, the T61 can create a “virtual fence” that perfectly conforms to the equipment’s contours, effectively preventing safety loopholes or production downtime caused by either an overly large or too small protective zone.
Intelligent background masking—focus only on genuine threats.
Inside complex machinery, there are often fixed supports, conveyor belts, or moving mechanical components. The T61 is equipped with intelligent... Background Learning and Cropping Function.
The system can “remember” the normal static background or the presence of permitted objects and exclude them from the detection range. An alarm is triggered only when additional human limbs or foreign objects enter the area. This feature significantly reduces the false-alarm rate, ensuring continuous operation of the production line.
2cm-level accuracy, with fingertip safety and controllability.
The T61 boasts a measurement accuracy of up to ±2 cm. This means it can not only detect human intrusion but even identify fingers or arms that have been extended into its detection range.
For scenarios requiring precise operations, such as precision assembly or high-speed sorting, the T61 offers a more refined safety sensing capability than conventional light curtains, effectively reducing the risk of accidental pinching injuries when operators perform fine adjustments or pick up parts.
Single-sided installation—say goodbye to complicated beam alignment.
Unlike safety light curtains that require precise alignment between the transmitter and receiver, the T61 uses a single-sided installation method.
Simply install it above or to the side of the monitored area, and it will cover the entire space. This not only cuts wiring effort by half but also completely eliminates the hassle of downtime caused by raster misalignment due to equipment vibration.
