【Job Responsibilities】
1. Lead Generation and Conversion: Responsible for acquiring potential customers through online channels, providing professional consultations, and guiding customers to understand and choose our products and services.
2. CRM Approval: Responsible for the approval process within the CRM system, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer information.
3. Tendering and Bidding Work: Assist the Marketing Department in tendering and bidding activities, and actively participate in the project bidding process.
4. Collection Management: Responsible for monitoring the progress of contract performance and urging customers to make payments on time.
5. Teamwork: Work closely with the team to jointly achieve the marketing department’s overall goals.

【Job Requirements】
1. Associate degree or above through the national enrollment system; age 23–30 years old; excellent personal appearance and demeanor, clear articulation, and standard Mandarin Chinese pronunciation.
2. Professional Expertise: Possess a relevant academic background in fields such as marketing, sales, or business management, and have some experience in digital marketing.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling the establishment of trusting relationships with clients and efficiently driving collaboration.
4. Teamwork: Possesses excellent teamwork spirit and is capable of coordinating internal and external resources to jointly accomplish tasks.
5. Stress Resistance: Possesses strong psychological resilience and stress tolerance, enabling one to maintain high efficiency even in high-pressure environments.
6. Learning Ability: Proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to quickly adapt to market changes.
