【Job Responsibilities】
1. Sales target achieved
1) Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (specific targets will be determined based on industry assignments).
2) Ensure that the sales collection rate meets the company’s requirements (≥90%).
2. Customer Development and Maintenance
1) Conduct no fewer than 50 telephone customer visits per week and develop at least 8 new qualified customers per month.
2) Maintain existing customer relationships and ensure that the annual repurchase rate of key customers is ≥80% and the growth rate is ≥30%.
3. Sales Process Management
1) Update customer follow-up records daily, refine customer information, and ensure the CRM system contains complete and accurate data.
2) Submit monthly sales forecast (contract and payment collection) reports with an accuracy rate of 80% or higher.
4. Market Expansion
1) Attend at least one industry event or trade show each month.
2) Submit one competitive analysis report per quarter.


【Job Requirements】
1. Bachelor’s degree or above through the national unified enrollment system; age 23–30 years old; excellent personal appearance and demeanor, clear articulation, and standard Mandarin Chinese pronunciation.
2. Personal Experience: Over 2 years of B2B sales experience, with the ability to independently achieve sales targets and proficient in using CRM systems.
3. Professional Expertise: Possess a relevant academic background in fields such as marketing, sales, or business management, and have some experience in digital marketing.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling the establishment of trusting relationships with clients and efficiently driving collaboration.
5. Teamwork: Possesses excellent teamwork spirit and is capable of coordinating internal and external resources to jointly accomplish tasks.
6. Stress Resistance: Possesses strong psychological resilience and stress tolerance, enabling one to maintain high efficiency even in high-pressure environments.
7. Learning Ability: Proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to quickly adapt to market changes.


【Salary and Promotion】
1. Compensation structure: Base salary + Performance bonus + Year-end bonus
2. Performance Metrics: Customer acquisition volume, accuracy of sales forecasts, achievement rate of sales targets, collection rate, customer renewal rate, and results of market expansion.
3. Career Path: Sales Specialist → Sales Supervisor → Sales Manager → General Manager of Business Division/Branch Company
