Henan experiences severe torrential rains, triggering floods; YINTAILI Expressway emergency repairs demonstrate true dedication.

Recently, Henan Province has experienced unusually prolonged heavy rainfall, triggering severe flooding in many regions. The devastating floods have not only trapped large numbers of people and caused enormous property losses but have also destroyed much of the infrastructure. Recently, Henan Province has been hit by unusually prolonged and intense rainfall, triggering severe flooding in many regions. The devastating floods have not only trapped large numbers of people and caused enormous property losses but have also destroyed numerous pieces of infrastructure. For instance, the continuous heavy rains have inflicted considerable damage on highway infrastructure in many areas of Henan Province. As a result of the torrential rains, highway infrastructure in multiple regions across Henan Province has been flooded or waterlogged to varying degrees, forcing authorities to close and suspend operations on certain expressway sections in parts of the province and thereby disrupting transportation routes.

The entry weigh-in-motion system is an important application system at highway toll stations, and it’s also one of the systems that has been severely affected by this disaster. Within Henan Province, numerous toll stations on various expressway segments are using the entry weigh-in-motion system provided by YINTAILI (Beijing YINTAILI Technology Co., Ltd.). Faced with the disaster, YINTAILI immediately mobilized its personnel and resources to provide users with emergency repair services.

The company promptly assembled a Henan disaster relief technical service repair team and, assigning the highest priority to the company, swiftly delivered various products and supplies needed for repairs to the affected user areas. YINTAILI technical service personnel provided emergency repair services for the weigh-in-motion systems at toll stations along the Henan section of the Beijing-Hong Kong-Autonomous Region Expressway, including Putian Toll Station, Hanghai Road Toll Station, Yuanyang Toll Station, and Xinxiang Toll Station, as well as at the southwest Zhengzhou toll station and the Xinmi West toll station on the Zhengzhou-Zhengshao Expressway in Zhengzhou. Thanks to their timely repairs, the technical service staff gave up their personal rest time and rushed to the users’ sites at the earliest opportunity. They worked tirelessly, braving the rain to carry out repairs, loading and unloading equipment in muddy waters, entering tunnels to install and debug equipment, or communicating with users to finalize emergency repair plans—all with one goal: to complete the repair of the damaged toll station’s weigh-in-motion systems as quickly as possible and restore them to normal operation.

The floods caused by the heavy rainfall are still ongoing. In anticipation of potential risks, the highway authorities have proactively conducted inspections at all highway toll stations. At the request of the highway authorities, YINTAILI technical service personnel recently carried out emergency inspection services at several toll stations along the Henan section of the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, including the South Third Ring Toll Station, Pingyuan New Area Toll Station, Putian Toll Station, Hanghai Road Toll Station, Yuanyang Toll Station, and Xinxiang Toll Station, as well as along the entire Zheng-Shao Expressway and the Zhuxu-Bozhou section of the Shandong Expressway. These inspections were aimed at ensuring the normal operation of the weight-control systems at each toll station entrance and guaranteeing unimpeded traffic flow on all highway sections.
