Lidar innovation propels intelligent, quantitative loading to new heights!
The dense point cloud data and volumetric algorithms can output characteristic information such as the height, volume, and detection time of bulk materials. This enables precise control over the amount of material loaded, thereby avoiding the need for repeated unloading or reloading when vehicles are either overloaded or underloaded. As a result, continuous, automated, quantitative, and rapid loading of vehicles is achieved.

“Technology-driven enforcement” is gradually becoming a trend, making it increasingly difficult for trucks to evade detection when they exceed weight and size limits.
The laser-based vehicle length, width, and height detection system developed by YINTAILI Technology uses high-precision LiDAR detection equipment to automatically measure the external dimensions of freight vehicles around the clock without disrupting normal traffic flow. It can also automatically identify vehicles that exceed size or weight limits and are in violation of traffic regulations.

Why is overloading and exceeding weight limits referred to as the “number one killer on the roads”?
Generally speaking, vehicles that exceed weight and size limits have all undergone illegal modifications. A truck with a normal maximum payload of 49 tons can, after modification, become a "100-ton king"—capable of hauling loads exceeding 150 tons. Because these modified vehicles operate continuously under excessive load, their safety performance—such as braking and handling—is significantly reduced, making them highly prone to accidents.
Reduce costs and boost efficiency! We’re solving more than just the loading issue!
For manufacturing companies, the loading process is often a real headache—especially for businesses with high shipment volumes. With various vehicle models and different types of goods, it takes at least two or three people more than two hours to load a single 13-meter semi-trailer. But after all, human labor isn't a machine; it can't keep mechanically repeating such strenuous tasks indefinitely.

Deep perception—designed exclusively for robot obstacle avoidance!
As the level of automation increases, AGVs have become widely used in factories and warehouses. To operate safely in various environments, AGVs must be equipped with obstacle-avoidance capabilities. On AGV travel routes, most common obstacles include goods, debris, and other work vehicles. Such typical obstacles generally...
Nearly 2,000 overloaded vehicles were detected and dealt with in the past six months!
Since the beginning of this year, Changde City has continuously strengthened its efforts to combat overloading on highways. As of the end of May, the city had inspected a total of 284,700 freight vehicles, with 1,873 vehicles found to be overloaded or exceeding weight limits during on-site inspections. A total of 28,100 tons of cargo was unloaded, and traffic police accumulated 4,384 penalty points. Additionally, 986 vehicles were detected as overloaded or exceeding weight limits through non-on-site enforcement measures.

“Dark Factory”—under the darkness, our senses become even sharper and more acute.
Just imagine this: Inside a dark factory, the production line is completely empty—only the faint glows of equipment status indicators, quality-check lights, and laser emitters flicker softly in the dimness. Rows upon rows of components move smoothly and systematically along the conveyor belts, while towering robotic arms deftly sort and handle materials... The entire factory possesses the ability to think for itself and carry out orderly production.
High-speed toll evasion persists despite repeated crackdowns—“sharp-eyed and discerning” precise audits ensure compliance.
After the abolition of provincial boundary toll stations on expressways, a new operational model—a “single network”—has emerged nationwide. With the shift in toll collection methods, the amount of tolls charged per single passage for inter-provincial vehicles has increased significantly. Driven by their vested interests, some vehicle owners have resorted to various illegal means to evade or underpay tolls. They have begun altering vehicle types,

Can you evade ETC charges simply by using a “large vehicle with a small label”?
As ETC toll collection on highways becomes increasingly widespread and toll discounts grow more generous, more and more truck drivers are starting to install ETC devices for their vehicles. However, some drivers have begun to think of “crooked ways.”
